Delivery Time

• Customers will receive their product within: 2–3 working days
• Delivery times may vary slightly due to courier or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

• Inside Dhaka: Tk 80
• Dhaka Sub Areas: Tk 120
• Outside Dhaka: Tk 150

Shipping charges are added to your total order amount.

Order Processing

•  Orders are processed as quickly as possible after confirmation
• Customers will be contacted before dispatch for verification.

Return Policy

At Grip Galaxy, we maintain a Zero Return Policy.
All sales are final and we do not offer refunds or returns once a product has been delivered.

Size Exchange Policy

We understand that sizing can sometimes be tricky. We offer size exchanges only under the following conditions:

• The request must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
• The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
• All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact.
• Exchange is subject to size availability.
• Customers may be responsible for delivery charges related to size exchange.

Manufacturing Defects

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately.

• The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• Clear photos and order details must be provided for review.
• Once verified, we will arrange an exchange.
